Refund policy

All Sales Final

 

At Truth Culture, every product is made in limited quantities and produced specifically for our customers. Because of the Exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final. 

We do not accept:

  • Refunds
  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Cancellations 

Why No Refunds Are Offered

  1.  Limited Drops

Each collection or piece is produced in limited run to maintain quality and exclusivity. Once an order is placed, it immediately reserves inventory that cannot be reissued or resold after purchase.

     2. Hygiene and Quality Control

To guarantee that every customer receives brand new, unworn clothing, we cannot take items back into our supply chain once they have left our facility.

    3. Pre-Order & Made-to-Ship Production

Some Products are created or prepared based on customer demand. This means once an order is placed it begins moving through our production or fulfillment process and cannot be reversed.

    4.  Prevention of Wear & Return Abuse

To protect the integrity of the brand, we strictly prohibit the practice of ordering clothing to wear once and return afterward. All sales being final prevents return fraud, ensures fairness, and keeps pricing accessible.

 

Size + Fit Responsibility

Accurate size charts and product measurements are provided. Customers are responsible for reviewing size information Prior to purchase.

 

Shipping Delays/ Lost or Stolen Packages

Truth Culture is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery issues once the package has been scanned by the carrier. For delivery concerns, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Track Package.

 

  • Damaged or Incorrect product

The exception to our "All Sales Final" policy is if: 

  • The Customer Receives a damaged product, or
  • The Customer has received a incorrect product from what was ordered

In this case the Customer must contact the store within, 72 hours of delivery with:

  • A valid Order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging/shipping label 
  • Detailed summary of complaint.

We will review and resolve on a case-by-case basis
