Shipping policy

At Truth Culture, we work to ensure every order is processed and shipped with care. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–4 business days for processing before shipment.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • During high-volume releases, drops, or holidays, processing times may extend.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.


Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on the chosen carrier and location.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, but they are not guaranteed.

Once your package is accepted by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), it is no longer in our control.


Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if entered correctly at checkout).

If tracking says “Delivered” but you don't see your package:

  • Check your mailbox, parcel locker, neighbors, or leasing office.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly — they can locate or GPS-scan the final delivery point.

Truth Culture cannot contact the carrier on your behalf.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Truth Culture is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Packages that are lost or stolen

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier or weather

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for carrier issues.


Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address.
We are not able to change addresses after the order has been shipped.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • Re-shipment will require a new shipping fee.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

Customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the customer’s responsibility.
We have no control over customs processing time.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
