Violation of this policy will result in legal action.

All products sold by Truth Culture are for personal, non-commercial use only.
Products may not be resold, redistributed, or used for promotional or business purposes without a signed licensing agreement.

This applies to:

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or deny orders at our discretion.

4. No Refunds / No Exchanges Policy

All sales are final.

Because our products are made in small batches and quality-checked before shipping, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos. We will review and assist.

5. Shipping Policy

Processing time may vary depending on item availability or demand.
Estimated processing duration: 3–10 business days before shipping.

Once shipped:

  • Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information.

  • Once an order is marked Delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.

6. Privacy Policy

Your personal information (name, email, shipping address, etc.) is collected only to process and deliver your order.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Payment information is processed securely through our store and/or your selected payment provider. We do not store credit card details.
